Terms & Conditions
Rates & Inclusions :
All our rates are inclusive of accommodation in an appointed room with the meal plan selected while the time of booking by the guest/agent.
Booking Policy :
A credit card authorization or deposit of 100% of the total stay amount must be paid by guest/agent initially as a guarantee to confirm the reservation.
Payment Policy :
Payment can be made using the credit card, debit card, online banking and cash deposit in the beneficiary of Little Singamari Homestay
Extra Guest Policy :
We operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra person above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed shall be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservation in all category Rooms.
Cancellation Policy :
At least 12 days prior to arrival date – No cancellation fees apply.
At least 10 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.
Within 10 days – 100% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.
Note: The cancellation policy is based on the total amount, not on the partially paid amount.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy :
Check-in time is 12:00 PM while Check-out time is before 11:00 AM for all Hotels & Resorts. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. It is firmly necessary for guests to present valid photo identification while the time of check-in such as Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driving License, Indian Voter ID and Passport for International Traveler. Udaan Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
Note : Local IDs are not allowed.
Child Policy :
Child below 5 years without an extra bed/mattress is complimentary. Child Sharing for child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.
